Tracks featuring Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, & Ab-Soul, the four members of Black Hippy, are always fire and increasingly rare. Which is why fans were so stoked to get a Black Hippy cut on Jay Rock's 90059 in the form of "Vice City" and so disappointed to see the absence of a Black Hippy cut on ScHoolboy's Blank Face LP tracklist.
HOLD UP THOUGH. Early Thursday morning, Q posted a video to Snapchat in which he sits on an airplane with a pen and pad and bottle of liquor in front of him, BF LP single "THat Part" playing in the background, and the caption "WHen you in Toronto writing yo verse ova CuHz black Hippy killed it
ScHoolboy's snap does not confirm that "THat Part" is getting a Black Hippy remix, but it gives us plenty of hope. If it does come out, it'll probably a couple months after BF LP, which drops tomorrow. Keep an eye out for the third installment of ScHoolboy's engrossing music video series dropping later today.
