Run The Jewels Announce 2017 "Run The World" Tour
Last week, Run The Jewels released "Talk To Me," RTJ3's lead single. This morning, they announced the "Run the World" tour coming to the United States and Canada in 2017. The 33-city tour begins on January 11 in Philadelphia and wraps up on February 25 at New York's Terminal 5. RTJ3 will presumably have been released by the time the tour kicks off. Get pumped. El-P Gives Promising Update On "Run The Jewels 3"
It appears that Killer Mike and El-P have been holed up in the studio these past few weeks, smoking copious amounts of reefer and putting a major dent into their massively anticipated album Run The Jewels 3. They made such great progress that El-P believes a 2016 release is within reach. "Pleased to report #RTJ3 is halfway done, the goal of a 2016 release is achievable and a safer, more profitable global economy in our grasp," he wrote on Twitter Monday morning.

Goldenvoice, the company that runs Coachella, stirred up some controversy in January when they announced that they were attempting to bring a new festival, Panorama, to NYC. A petition attempting to block the festival circulated but ultimately failed, as the first ever Panorama Music Festival is slated to go down July 22-24 on Randall's Island Park between Manhattan and Queens.
