Today we received the new single from Run The Jewels' forthcoming second album, RTJ2, "Blockbuster Night Pt. 1." The record came via Mass Appeal, as well as the announcement that the duo Killer Mike and El-P have signed a deal with Mass Appeal Records.
Run The Jewels now join Boldy James, Fashawn and more on the growing imprint from Nas. Mass Appeal announced that RTJ2 will be dropping on October 28th, and it'll be available in digital, CD, and LP formats.
Both Mike and El-P had a few words to share on the upcoming album and joining the Mass Appeal roster. El-P, said, "We are very excited to bring you the next chapter of Run The Jewels via the good folks at Mass Appeal," while Killer Mike added, "We can make no promises about the safety of any animals involved in the creation of this record. It is the best rap group album since RTJ1!"
