Team-inspired RUN-DMC gear drops today.

RUN-DMC has teamed up with Fanatics, the global leader for officially licensed sports merch, for a special edition RUN-CTY Collection that will go on sale today, October 5th. 

The RUN-CTY Collection features a wide range of products from snapbacks to hoodies in sizes for everyone from kids to adults. All of the team specific gear is inspired by the iconic RUN-DMC logo and typeface.

"It's cool to have the RUN-DMC logo be part of this special collection," said Darryl "DMC" McDaniels. "I like having the spirit of our music history tied into the passion of sports fans around the world."

All of the apparel can be purchased at FansEdge.com, as well as spots like the NBA Store and NBAStore.com.

To celebrate this launch, the NBA Store in NYC (545 5th Ave @ 45thSt.) will host an event today (10/5) featuring a DJ session by the late Jam Master Jay's son, TJ Mizell, from 11am1pm and an appearance by Darryl McDaniels.
