During his rise as one of the go-to producers in the industry, Ronny J has been trying his hand as a rapper. His last project, OMGRONNY, saw the producer working with many of his Florida connections, having planted his roots in the state. Tracks with Ski Mask the Slump God, XXXTentacion, Smokepurpp, Denzel Curry, Wifisfuneral, and others appeared on the tracklist. While the project is still relatively fresh in our minds having dropped in February, Ronny J is focusing on his next body of work, announcing today that it is coming soon.
In doing so, the producer released two new songs on his SoundCloud account and, once again, Ronny is working closely with Ski Mask. You know when you hear the "Oh my God, Ronny" tag that the beat is going to be hot and that is veritably the case with "Loui'd Down." The song is a staple of "mumble rap" at its core as some of Ronny's words are absolutely incomprehensible but the vibe is strong here. A catchy offering, Ski and Ronny bring their high energy to the track in what is expected to be on the upcoming album.
