Last week, Atlanta's own Rome Fortune delivered the smooth cut "Kimono," which found him exploring some melodic vocals over an triumphant instrumental. Now, Rome is back with yet another single off his upcoming Pimpstar Popstar project, slated for release in early 2018. This latest cut is the Lava Dome produced "Self Love," an ode to confidence or masturbation or both. Rome's clearly a fan of a lady with some curves, kicking the track off rapping "you not too skinny girl you fine, yes you fine, yeah you fine, a little extra on the side, that's alright, that's alright."

The eighties inspired instrumental switches up as the drums drop, and Rome continues his ode to unconventional beauty standards with some sexually charged bars. "Kiss on your back just to taste your greatness," he raps, "the taste elevates I won't have you waitin'." It's a feel-good banger, somewhat reminiscent of Andre 3000 at his most playful (though few can match the great one). If you're feeling Rome Fortune's music, you don't want to miss this one.

Quotable Lyrics

Kiss on your back just to taste your greatness
The taste elevates I won't have you waitin'
I want to see you on a big screen,
I see you doin' real big things
