With the clock striking midnight, Rockie Fresh kept his word and released his long awaited new mixtape today called The Night I Went To… Laced with 13 tracks in total, the project features guest appearances from Chris Brown, Rick Ross, and Ed Sheeran.
Looking to highlight the tape, here goes one of the instant standouts called “Are You With Me?” featuring Ed Sheeran. Over the mellow, yet captivating production, Rockie shows off his effortless flow & laid back delivery, while Ed handles the soft hook duties in this radio-friendly cut. While it may not have the bars some hip-hop heads wish to hear, it certainly is one of the best sonically-driven songs from off the tape.
