It seems like some artists were using last night's BET Awards as testing grounds for new songs that they'd share the next day. Following Jennifer Hudson and R. Kelly releasing the song they performed last night, "It's Your World," Robin Thicke has done the same, releasing "Forever Love" after he debuted it live.

The closing track on his "Get Her Back" album Paula, which is due out tomorrow, "Forever Love" comes accompanied by a lyric video, which you can watch below. In it, paper cutouts of people who are assumed to be Thicke and Paula Patton fall in love and ride a butterfly.

Quotable Lyrics:

I can't carry the wait around
Baby, how could I have ever belonged?
Learning all my lessons, dangerous impressions
Pushed you right out of my world
