Now, Rihanna has formally issued her blessing and message of love to the power couple. The singer took to Instagram shortly after the news broke to publicly express how overjoyed she was for them by reposting Beyonce's photo with the caption "so excited about this news!!!! Congratulations to you @Beyoncé and my big brother Jay!!!!"
