Looks like Rick Ross’s plans to return to the stage for the first time since his highly-publicized hospitalization went off without a hitch as the Maybach Music Group honcho performed for a crowd at Las Vegas’s The Light nightclub inside of Mandalay Bay.
It was on Saturday night that Renzel took to the stage with a signature bottle of Luc Belaire in glorious accessory as he ran through a set clearly back as though he’d never left.
Earlier in the month the rapper, born William Leonard Roberts II, was found unresponsive in his Florida home, for reported heart-related issues, and remained in the facility for four days before returning home. Within a week, things seemed to return to business as usual for Rozay who was spotted out shopping with his mother and daughter immediately after his release while also posting up with friend and collaborator Gucci Mane to show the folks at home that the comeback was in full effect.

The night, of course, was not complete until Rick Ross led the crowd in a “Free Meek Mill” chant as is the norm for most hip-hop-centric shows these days as many continue to protest the imprisonment of the 30-year old Meek, who is currently serving two to four-year bid because of a probation violation.
Earlier this week though, supporters received good news when the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office submitted a filing to Meek’s lawyers indicating that “there is a strong showing of likelihood” that his conviction could be overturned.
