Rick Ross has been involved in a paternity suit, filed by a mother in Georgia who says that Ross is her 3 year old baby's father. TMZ now reports that Ross wants to prove that he is not the father by doing a DNA test.

The suit was filed in Broward County by Florida Department of Revenue by a thirty-six year old woman named Tyrisha Childers, who claims that Ross got her pregnant a few years back and has since to support her in any way.  Ross however claims that he never even slept with Childers, and wants to prove it with a DNA test.
