Rick Ross arrives right on time with his Black Dollar mixtape aka free album. The rapper gave fans little notice about the album release, teasing fans last weekend about new music, and a few days later revealing an entire album was on the way. And if you thought he was leaking a lot of tracks prior to (he served up "Money Dance," "Foreclosures," "She Wanna Fuck," and "Turn Ya Back"), there's a lot more where that came from-- 17 tracks total on Black Dollar.
