Rich The Kid is one of the most consistent hustlers in the rap game, for real, dude is always on. Whether it's going to the studio or promoting himself in any way possible, the Quality Control rapper is on a mission to the money (and maybe a little fame along the way). Whereas RTK is constantly putting himself out there, Frank Ocean has become known as a recluse.
It's rare we hear from/or see Frank Ocean these days, as the singer has basically disconnected from the internet, save for his Tumblr. So the internet was quite surprised, and perhaps even confused, when last night Rich The Kid screenshotted himself FaceTiming with Ocean. RTK, who later deleted both the Instagram and twitter posts, hinted that the two we're working on something, as he captioned the picture, "Me X Frank Ocean....smh."
We reached out to Rich The Kid exclusively, and he did indeed confirm the two artists are collaborating, in fact, he says, "we recording new music today." The Atlanta-born rapper continued, "We are in L.A. I'm here working with Wiz [Khalifa] and I called him [Frank Ocean], he's in the studio."
