LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball were officially introduced in Lithuania today as the two teenagers from California begin their professional basketball careers with Vytautas Prienai. The players, as well as their father LaVar, were presented with their official jerseys (yes, even LaVar got a #99 jersey) and then took some questions from the media for the first time since signing with the team.

During the press conference, a female reporter asked 19-year old LiAngelo out on a date to which he responded, "I just came here to play." When further questioned, he simply added, "No comment."

The Ball brothers will make their debut with Prienu Vytautas on January 9th, as Vytautas hosts Tsmoki-Minsk in a Baltic league game, which is considered a lower-level than the Lithuanian league. The brothers will make their Lithuanian league debut against Lietkabelis on January 13th.

Head coach Virginijus Seskus told ESPN's Jeff Goodman that he expects LaMelo and LiAngelo "will play a lot."

Per ESPN,

“They are young, but I can promise that they will play a lot and I hope we will help them to get better and they will help us to win more games,” Seskus said through his son, Edvinas, who is a guard on the team.

“We are waiting for them,” Virginijus Seskus said. “Don’t worry, they will play!”

“I understand that I will lose some playing time,” Edvinus Seskus said. “But I am still happy that they are coming. Maybe more scouts and agents will watch our games because of them and we will have a better opportunity to show our talent even if some of us will lose playing time.”
