Renegade El Ray built his career working at Stankonia Studios, and he was able to interact with a bunch of talented artists who came in to record. Their presence must have had an effect on him, because he’s just released his first music video under his own label Southern Eagle Music Group.
The video is simple, featuring the Memphis-to-ATL transplant rapping in front of large S and E lettering. HIs crew gets in the mix too, appearing in some shots.
Renegade El Ray has at least caught the ear of native ATLien Big Boi, who invited El Ray to open for him at a Converse Rubber Tracks Live show in December. Are y'all feeling it?
