Earlier this month we reported about Taco Bell’s latest fast food monstrosity – a taco that replaces the traditional taco shell with a thinly sliced piece of fried chicken. Taco Bell dubbed their creation the Naked Chicken Chalupa, and it hits stores nationwide today.

The taco’s insides are standard, with “four ounces of marinated, all-white-meat, antibiotic-free chicken mixed with bold Mexican spices and seasoning,” along with “fresh shredded lettuce, diced ripe tomatoes, cheddar cheese and creamy avocado ranch.”

A single Naked Chicken Chalupa will run you $2.99. Has anyone already hit up Taco Bell today? We know it’s early but some we won’t judge if you needed that Breakfast Crunchwrap this morning. Check out a very positive review of Taco Bell’s newest menu item below.
