Red Pill is a rapper out of Detroit who has worked extensively with Verbal Kint and the criminally underrated Apollo Brown. On Friday (11/27), he will release his Day Drunk EP, and today he shares an advance single from the project called "Fly On A Window." The track features a verse from underground stalwart Blu and production from Pill's Mello Music Group labelmate Oddisee.

Bars are immaculate throughout "Fly On a Window." Oddissee heavily utilizes string samples, some of which are reversed, which in conjunction with the lyrical content imbue the track with a distinct sense of time.

Quotable Lyrics

Sometimes you feel like you'll never come back
Living is like a career, leaving no severance pack
Packing this shit and you go
Back to the 50 that jack
Sipping until it goes black
