Revpr C.L. (Reaper C.L. A.K.A. Chivo) was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Known as an American rapper from Riverside, CA. Revpr C.L. has two previous mixtapes with his current rap group (Hi-Death). His debut began in 2008 and has become not only an artist but a producer as well. He is currently working on his solo mixtape "89" which is soon to come.
