Ray J and Princess Love might be inching towards divorce but they'll have to see each other in court for a completely unrelated reason. According to The Blast, the couple is being accused of breach of contract in a new lawsuit over a missing dog. Eddie Macione filed a lawsuit against Ray J and Princess Love for not coughing up the reward money for finding their dog. He said this lawsuit is being filed due to the couple's "refusal to honor an offered reward for the return of their lost dog, Boogotti, in April 2019."
In the lawsuit, Macione detailed that he found Ray J and Princess Love's dog "wandering unattended in Woodland Hills, California at or about the intersection of Burbank Boulevard and Woodlake Avenue. Boogotti is a small dog appearing to Plaintiff to weigh no more than 5 to 7 pounds.”
After taking in the dog with concerns over its health, he saw the ad Ray J put up with a $20K reward for anyone who returns his dawg. Marcione said that he returned the dog to Ray J on April 26th. Not only did Marione accuse Ray J of not paying up but also claimed that the mogul and Princess Love both used their status "to frighten Plaintiff from taking any action to claim the reward.”
Macione is suing for $20K and unspecified damages.
