Rapper DMX has been arrested yet again.

The troubled rapper, 39, was taken into custody Thursday in Maricopa County in Arizona for probation violation, according to RadarOnline.com.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was reportedly cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments and driving on a suspended license. He was also allegedly in possession of cocaine at the time of his arrest.

"Mr. Simmons has several felony convictions, and has been given multiple opportunities to succeed on probation," reads the complaint. "He has been directed to treatment, as well as chose his own treatment program and continues to use illegal drugs following their opportunities."

The rapper is coming off of a jail stint from over the summer (his second in 2010 alone), where he served 18 days of a 90-day sentence. He was on parole for an assault conviction at the time of his recent arrest.

According to Radar, the rapper is due back in court on Nov. 24 for a probation revocation hearing.
