Marquette "Rai L" Sutton (born November 8, 1992), is a recording artist, songwriter, producer and rapper. He was born in Washington, D.C. and was raised in the P.G. County-area in Maryland. He became known for producing street-singles for artists such as "A-Mafia - Get Money Stay True ft. Papoose" and "JR Writer - I'm Alive". He is currently signed to independent label "Between States Entertainment" and is founder of production-group The Dramatikz. Rai L has released his debut mixtape "Before Night Falls" showing great feedback without paid promotion. His "Before Night Falls" mixtape has reached several blogs and websites that support upcoming artists. He received advice on the "rap game" and feedback on the mixtape from super producer Nottz's manager. Rai L has performed in several clubs in the DMV area, even the notorious club LOVE in Washington, D.C.
