YOGI is a London electronic outfit, who are getting ready to release their debut EP on Skrillex's OWSLA label. On "Burial" (not to be confused with the UK producer of the same name) they team up with Pusha T, giving him a pummeling production reminiscent of Hudson Mohawke and Lunice's TNGHT project.
Pusha, whose been known to go for some fairly left-field production, rides the mechanical monstrosity of a beat like a pro. Unlike someone like Danny Brown who would use every muscle in his body to wile the fuck out on such an instrumental, King Push keeps his composure throughout, and sounds even more boss-like as a result.
The way that they mold us
Perfect way to show us
How to get money, fuck bitches
Off this nose dust
Showed me how to burn
The block down before it slows up
Before the window of opportunity closes
