The release of Tha Carter IV has been delayed by Lil Wayne’s jail sentence, but one producer assures it will be worth the wait when it does come. “Carter IV gonna change your life,” Dow Jones, one-half of hitmaking duo Tha Bizness, tells Rap-Up TV. “It’s something that you ain’t never seen before. We thought Carter III  was incredible and he took it a couple steps up.”

Jones, who produced Young Money’s “Every Girl in the World” and Drake’s “The Winner,” shares what it’s like to witness Weezy at work on the highly-anticipated project. “He’ll do maybe an album’s worth of stuff in a day,” he says while hinting at a special guest on the record. “It’s one of the people that Drake wanted to get on his album. It’s someone that Wayne’s never done a song with ever, but should of.”
