According to Jezebel, porn star Nikki Benz is suing production company Brazzers, its parent company MindGeek, director Tony T. and male performer Ramon Nomar for Sexual Battery. The lawsuits alleges that she was "struck on the face, head and breasts hard enough to cause her to bleed," by the two menin question. She claims she was pressured into silence because her she felt her paycheck hung in the balance.
Benz first came forward with these allegations in December of 2016, with a series of tweets detailing her account of the shoot that day. During the frenzy of tweets she alluded to being stomped on and choked, all of which were inadmissible acts for which there was no prior agreement. The allegations followed the public outing of actor James Deen, as an abuser within the industry.
According to the lawsuit, after the horrors of filming, director Tony T. prepared an exit interview, a regular practice in the industry, at which point she was allegedly forced to consent to the actions of set. Tony T. succeeded in coercing her and then proceeded to ask her if she would redo the same shoot again. Benz responded that she would not. It's at this point that Tony T. yelled "Stop!" and the camera switched off. According to the documentation he then proceeded to berate her off-camera until she changed her tune.
Tony T. has previously denied these accusations. We'll have to wait for an official response from MindGeek, who have since cut ties with the director.
