Pop Dollarz hails from New York, but you wouldn't necessarily assume that from his newest record, "Got Mine". Pop favors a melodic delivery more akin to Rich Homie Quan than Max B, but he finds his own lane within the sample-based production that injects just enough flavor from his city to keep things balanced. Meanwhile, Tdot illdude (who, despite the name, is not from Toronto) contrasts his collaborator's style with some world-weary raps reminiscent of Young Scooter.
Pop is looking to release his new mixtape, Waiting On Nothing sometime in the near future. Look out for it soon.
