Rich the Kid has a new collaboration today, although it’s not the Frank Ocean song that surfaced in rumors the past few weeks. Instead, the Atlanta rapper hops on a track by Philadelphia rapper PNB Rock for “My Zone.” The track will appear on the Digital Trapstars Screens on Lock Vol. 3 which is set to drop later this month.
The two rappers are all about getting in their zone on the track, with PnB Rock providing the hook and Rich the Kid hopping on the second verse. The rapper’s styles are different, with PnB providing a steady 4/4 rhythm and Rich jumping in for some high energy, off kilter rhymes, but the variation works.
Both rappers have released music in the last few months. PnB Rock released the very solid RnB 3 in November of 2016, while Rich the Kid’s output has been steadily impressive, including a video with Wiz Khalifa.
