Pi'erre Bourne's been dominating 2017 through his production credits for some of the most forward thinking artists in the game. He's played a major role in Playboi Carti's success and has went onto produce for the likes of Offset, 21 Savage and A$AP Mob. Recently, his name popped up on the Mob's compilation record, Cozy Tapes Vol. 2, for the A$AP Rocky, A$AP Nast, A$AP Ant, Chief Keef and Playboi Carti collaboration, "Blowin' Minds." Today, he unveils his own take on the beat.

Bourne showcases all aspects of his artistry on the "Blowin Minds" freestyle. While he produced the track, he also showcases his penchant for melodies as well as his abilities as a rapper on this record. He uses the track to carry out a similar kind of melodic style that Chief Keef brought to the table with the original. It's a sing-rap combination that leans closer to the former while he draws out certain melodies in an off-kilter manner. For those of you who've been sleeping on Pi'erre Bourne, start keeping an eye on him right now.

In the description box of the song's page on Soundcloud, it says "due to the delay of my fuckin' project and niggas stealing my beats, here's some shit I been wanting to drop." The rapper/producer/engineer is gearing up to drop the fourth installment of his The Life Of Pi'erre series. He dropped the first three parts of the series in 2016 so while he's been basking in his newfound success, it's about time he shakes the game up a bit. Hopefully we'll be receiving it before the end of the year but we'll have hear that from Pi'erre Bourne himself.

Quotable Lyrics
Never goin' broke, sleepin on the floor again
Niggas don't know, yeah the story
Niggas tellin' lies, truth is I don't fuck with him
Had to cut him off, couldn't go broke with him
