These days, animated music videos are much less common in hip hop than the alternative, so whenever one pops up, we're excited to watch. Pell's latest, which is for a remix of Floating While Dreaming's "Runaway," features some sick cartoon work by Aaron Keuter.
Blending actual shots of the New Orleans rapper with his own drawings, Keuter creates an interesting effect that grounds the otherwise trippy video. Guest vocalist White Sea must not have been around for the shoot, as she's rendered with animation, showing up towards the end of this one. All in all, a great visualization of the anthemic track.
