Hello world, my name is Parlay Starr.   I was born and raised in Southern Los Angeles, California. I came from a big family and a long line of bosses. I was raised in South Central; it was hard not to interact with street pimps, gangstas, thugs, and crooked cops. Thanks to my skills in basketball, it enabled me to stay in school and live for something. I attended Crenshaw High School in Los Angeles, California where I won a state championship and went off to college. Due to my innercity L.A. ways and the first time being away from home, I acted a fool and didn't last too long.   I started rapping with a group called 2nd II None which was doing their thing with Dj Quik. Touring and dealing with them in the studio, since then I have been working with some of the biggest names on the west coast.   I formed my own squad and we called or selves the Most Hated Mob. As time went on, doing my own thang, I built relationships with rappers in the game and made every opportunity count for me. Coming from a gang infested city with drugs, gang wars, broken homes, food stamps, prison and funerals, made it easy to write a song and swag it out.   Now I'm the heir to the West Coast so watch me make history.
