May 27,1991 Rapper "Papo Smooth" aka Kevin Matthis was born and raised in Harlem, NY. Throughout time he was raised in New York City's worst neighborhoods whether it was his hometown, further uptown with his grandma, the Bronx with his mom or even Brooklyn at his cousins house whenever he was kicked out. A predicate of the game bought into the world at a time of hip hop we would call the "Breakthrough". The early 90's , when rappers such as Wu-Tang Clan, Leaders of the New School, A Tribe Called Quest,The Notorious B.I.G.,Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre , 2Pac, Nas and many more. Back then they were either booming on the charts or making there spot towards the top. He without a doubt adapted to the game and fell in love with music like every other kid does but it was more than just music to him. It was what he wanted to do from young age.The older he got the more his desire for rapping enhanced and the quicker "Papo" rap skills enhanced as well. From 8 track, to a karaoke, from sound recorder to Studio he has got on the road to glory and is ready to take the world for a ride.
