This morning we premiered P Reign's new mixtape, Off The Books, which features T.I., Young Thug, PartyNextDoor and more. One of the most anticipated records was the Travi$ Scott-featured "Palm Trees," so we're giving that an extra look.
P Reign puts the auto-tune on for "Palm Trees" and takes a cue from Travi$ when it comes to flow. La Flame's fingerprints all over the records, as he handles the ad-libs, a hook and a verse. The production is right up his alley too, with lo-fi organ keys transitioning into a heavy bass and drum-riddled beat, and then transitioning once again into dark, muddled piano keys.
