Shawty Lo has been in the news lately, and not so much for his upcoming mixtape, as much for his pending reality show "All My Babies' Mamas," which drew the ire of fans of the Oxygen network. A petition was started that received over 40,000 signatures, and now it appears the female-based programming station will shelve the project.

The show was to center on the relationship of Lo and his 11 children, and their 10 mothers with his eldest daughter being the same age as his youngest “Baby Mama”.

Oxygen released a generic statement regarding the cancellation, “As part of our development process, we have reviewed casting and decided not to move forward with the special. We will continue to develop compelling content that resonates with our young female viewers and drives the cultural conversation.”

Currently signees of the petition is only in the low hundreds.
