The Golden State Warriors are more human than we give them credit. There's no question that Draymond's verbal spat with Kevin Durant has affected team morale, resulting in the team losing its unbeatable mystique, and on some level, their own confidence. The breakdown has translated to a 4th loss in as many games, at the hands of a team Kevin Durant would have rather taken down to size, for obvious personal reasons.

Wednesday night's contest against Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder ended in a regrettable (depending on who you root for) 123-95 loss, making it the first time in 5 years the Golden State Warriors, with or without KD at the helm, have lost 4 straight games. The 450 games "of winning basketball" elapsing between the last 4-game losing streak in 2013 and the current one, rank 4th all-time as an NBA franchise mark.

After the game, Kevin Durant avoided singling any of his teammates out by name, when he accounted for the team's recent struggles. "We just aren't scoring the ball well," Durant said. "It's tough for us to find the rim right now scoring it; 95 points, we don't really want that. We haven't been shooting the ball well, all of us. So we knock down some shots."

It should be noted that Golden State has been without Draymond Green (toe injury) and Steph Curry (strained left groin) in recent games. Even as tension rises in the locker room, the Golden State Warriors should still be viewed as the overwhelming to capture the NBA crown this season.

The Golden State Warriors face the Portland Trail Blazers at home Tomorrow night.
