OG Maco takes on Manolo Rose's "Run Ricky Run."

No shots of any kind at Manolo Rose, but when OG Maco yells "Run Ricky, run," it's ten times as terrifying. Lending new verses and dope, Ice Cube-featuring artwork to the "Boyz N The Hood"-inspired banger, OGG shrieks and howls through a turnt-up freestyle over the trappy instrumental.

Laughing at people who favor handguns over choppers, Maco sounds truly menacing on this one, alternating his cadence and tone with reckless abandon. Speaking to Fader about the original, Maco claims it was partly inspired by his song "FuckEmx3" and says "I feel like my influence is being shown over music in general, it must mean I'm doing something right. People will continue to imitate and I will continue to innovate."

Quotable Lyrics

(Whoo!) Who the fuck can stop us (Gla gla!)
The callin' up the coppers (Damn!) (Call 'em, call 'em, call 'em!)
They callin' up the shooters (Yea yea!) (I don't give a fuck!)
Nigga that's a handgun (Whoo!) (Stop shootin' that bullshit!)
They be callin' up the choppers (Callin' up the choppers!)
