This week's FIRE EMOJI playlist helps illustrate what might just be the broadest collection of Rap releases to emerge in the first quarter of 2019. With much of the Tory scuttlebutt flaring out by the Monday afternoon, and Lil Uzi declaring his retirement once more, it was up to an assortment of ragtag individuals to fill the void.

This week, Migos were delighted to see light activity with regards to Offset's debut LP. The great old boon came in the form of his "Red Room" single made special for St. Valentine's Day. The Metro Boomin-single allows Offset the chance to address the after-effects of a near-fatal car crash he suffered in May or last year.

Having already announced his forthcoming project complete, Juice WRLD was facing similar challenges to Offset, whose early album announcements have given rise to seemingly unrealistic expectations from fans at every turn. On "Robbery," Juice WRLD proved himself one of the few rappers worthy of an escalating "emo image." Elsewhere on the hip-hop ledger, Wu-Tang alum Method Man turned back on the clock on a posse cut with longtime associate Street Life, and the equally grimy Havoc of Mobb Deep fame.

The rest of the FIRE EMOJI is highly-saturated in quality with song submissions ranging from the absurd to records bordering on negligible "minimalism." Whatever the case, those you who made the list this week, demonstrated something head and shoulders above the rest. Listen to the FIRE EMOJI and follow all of HNHH Spotify playlists below.
