So a week ago or so we reported on the fact that Left Brain had allegedly assaulted a female photographer, Amy Harris. Supposedly he hit her and knocked off her lens cap as she tried shooting Odd Future at the Voodoo Festival in New Orleans. I'm not sure why the lens cap would have been on the camera if she was trying to take a picture but whatever... Anyways Harris had originally said she was not going to press charges, but has changed her mind. She took to her website to say, "The unexpected turn of events, including an attack by Odd Future on my credibility and motives for discussing the incident, have caused me to re-evaluate my initial decision".  Left Brain could face up to 6 months in prison and a fine of up to 1000$.
