Back in August prior to UFC 202, Conor McGregor got into a water bottle throwing showdown with his opponent Nate Diaz during a press conference which was originally supposed to cost him $150,000 in fines as well as 50 hours of community service.

Today however, the Nevada State Athletic Commission has decided to drastically reduce McGregor's punishment, according to Fox Sports' Damon Martin.

The UFC champ will only have to pay a $25,000 fine as opposed to the $150,000, and he will only need to perform half of the original 50 hours of community service.
