The general public remarks upon Alabama hip-hop in a fairly jumbled manner, because a good number of 'Bama artists keep to themselves. But the same can't be said for NoCap and Rylo Rodriguez, the two young'ns leading the charge in Mobile, the storied port city separate Alabama from the Gulf States.

While Rylo Rodriguez may have done more to promote himself thus far, it's NoCap whose style resonate more brightly with the younger generation. Consider this: NoCap is fairly green, having picked up the craft (rapping) little over a year ago.

At first glance, NoCap looks like he has no business, speaking with such the authority, but sometimes the message just resonates, without any need for a fact sheet. As far as Mobile, Alabamanians are concerned, NoCap is a welcome addition to the state's legion of rap. Yelawolf might be on the upswing and that's great, Rich Boy and Doe B hit their stride in year's past, the latter whose career coming to a tragic end far too early. But as of right now, Bama's rap scene is Rylo and NoCap's to lose. Check out "Punching Bag" produced by CashMoneyAp and hit us with your thoughts.

Quotable Lyrics:

Pistol in my hand, 'cause it ain't safe on our side
When it's beef we don't go to sleep until sunrise
Take me out she always give me bomb sex
Thirsty hoe want me to keep her son fresh.
