Noah "40" Shebib calls Drake the GOAT.

Of course, OVO co-founder Noah "40" Shebib loves Drake, the man alongside whom he gained all of his wealth and prestige. But the Toronto producer has just awarded Drizzy with the highest praise imaginable, calling him "the best to ever do this" and saying that "there's no else" who can compare.

The above tweet seemingly came out of nowhere, though, of course, it comes the day before Drake is about to drop the year's most anticipated project, What a Time to Be Alive, a joint album with Future.

Shebib showered Drake with similarly gushing tweets soon after Meek Mill had shocked the world by revealing Drake's ghostwriter. Hopefully, this time, his words hint at the type of quality we're about to hear on What a Time to Be Alive

So, let's evaluate 40's tweet -- is Drake really the best ever?

Hmmm...or could it actually be that he's talking about Mr. Future Hendrix?
