Before he hits the road for his upcoming "Crenshaw" tour, Nipsey Hussle is giving respect where respect is due.

During a recent interview with VladTV, Nipsey Hussle expressed his feelings for Drake, and said that everyone should give the OVO rapper the props he deserves. When Nip was asked about Drizzy during his sit-down, he said “he’s one of the dopest of our generation, hands down”.

"I'm a fan first, I like the music most definitely, think he one of the dopest of our generation and I respect him.” “You're either going to keep it 100 or you not, you gotta respect what's real." - Nipsey

The West coast rapper also talked about the track, "Killer", that he did with Drake back in '09. Nip says the song was originally planned for Drake's album but they decided to leak it instead.

"We did a record together, I wasn't on the album but we did a record together in '09 called 'Killer,'" Nipsey said when asked about the song. "It was a record we did and it was originally made for his album and once we finished it he was like, 'What you want to do with it?' and I was like, 'Shit, it's on you,' and he was like, 'I'm thinking about leaking it,' and I was like, 'Let's go, leak that motherfucker.'"
