Nile Rodgers and Chic have returned to drop off their very album in over 25 years. Earlier in the year, the teased its arrival with "Boogie All Night" and "Till The WorFallslss," but now listeners have been gifted with the full-length It's About Time.
Arriving as only the first in a two-part series, It's About time is filled with special guests with an extensive list that includes looks from Vic Mensa, Mura Masa, Elton Jonh, Lady Gaga, Stefflon Don, Emeli Sande, NAO, LunchMoney Lewis, Hailee Steinfeld, Craig David, and Philippe Saisse.
In an interview with Hypebeast earlier in the year, Nile Rodgers revealed that he got the inspiration to make a super album of this kind from a conversation with Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak.
He also said that the two men would be featured on the album. From the looks of it, it seems that we'll get to hear their contributions in the second part of the album, slate for release in February.
