Nikki Bella and her former Dancing With The Stars partner, Artem Chigvintsev, appear to be spending quite a bit of time together recently, sparking rumors that the two are officially dating. Sorry, Henry Cejudo.
The Nikki and Artem love connection has been speculated about for months, but the two were recently spotted kissing during a lunch date, which was followed by Artem making an appearance on Nikki's IG Live story.

Prior to Sunday night's episode of "Total Bellas," Nikki tweeted out a video explaining that a "special friend" would be accompanying her in a live video during the episode.
"I have a special guest who had a really fun Sunday fun day with me. He's gonna tell you to also tune in to Total Bellas," she said (H/T E Online).

According to E!, Nikki and Artem certainly looked like a couple during their recent date in Los Angeles.
"She made goofy faces at him and used her fork to tap his nose playfully. At one point she got up and leaned across the table to kiss him," the insider said. "When they left he wrapped his arm tightly around her and she grabbed his hand. He opened the car door for her and helped her get in."
The alleged couple first linked up on Dancing With The Stars back in 2017.
