Nike has announced that they won't be creating special edition "All Star" sneakers for their signature athletes this year, meaning LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving will need to find something else to lace up this Sunday in New Orleans.

As it turns out, Nike Basketball's signature athletes will instead be wearing sneakers from the recently released Black History Month Collection. If you need a refresher you can check out the BHM LeBrons, KDs, Kyries and more right here.

There's no word exactly why Nike Basketball won't be producing "All Star" sneakers this year, but Jordan Brand is still going ahead with their collection of kicks inspired by the Big Easy.
