Listen to a new release from Nick Grant.

Nick Grant is an Atlanta-born artist we profiled recently for our 'Meet the Artist' series, where we spoke on his penchant for old school influences and delivery; a marked difference from the millennial generation that's currently coming up and defining the sound of Atlanta (and to be sure, Nick's age may play a factor-- at 27 he's not exactly in that same generation gap as the Lil Yachtys/Thugs/Uzis).

With that being said, the sound of his latest leak should come as no surprise. It's a smooth, sprawling joint that feels like it belongs in another era. A chorus of 'oohs' haunt the background and a strumming guitar gives it an old school feel. Nick's lyrical prowess is on display, while singer Dominic Gordon appears on the hook.

No word on if this will land on an upcoming project. Nick did drop off his 88 mixtape quite recently.

Quotable Lyrics

Man your baby mama love me more than Ye love himself
Good, and we don't wanna hear bout what you could have been
I'm tryna build, see the game is what you put in it
Haters looking jello, pistol waving hello
These hoes kick with too many n*ggas they like the Retros
