Le'Veon Bell signing with the New York Jets this offseason? Book It!
That's at least what NFL insider are all but certain of. After witnessing his teammates ransack his locker this past week, it's pretty safe to say Le'Veon Bell won't be returning to Pittsburgh, at least a member of the Steelers. Vegas betting giant OddShark has the New York Jets as a heavy favorite to land the running back when his franchise tender expires this offseason. The experts seem to agree with their "+285" designation. In fact sources close to Pittsburgh Steelers' franchise even hold the opinion that Bell to New York in '19 is all but a foregone conclusion.
One particular insider close to the situation stated, "That's the place where most of us have him pegged to go," as have other NFL scouts with slightly different wording. For one thing, the New York Jets have the cap space to make it happen, and Bell would be an ideal running mate to Sam Darnold operating out of the pocket.
The other that figure in OddShark's rankings are the Oakland Raiders at +450, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Philadelphia Eagles at +650, and the Baltimore Ravens at +900.
