LL Cool J decides to shorten his album title to "Authentic" and change up the artwork and release date.

LL Cool J is still readying his return to the rap game, and certain things need tweaking it appears. His come-back album was originally going to be titled Authentic Hip-Hop, but has now been shortened to just Authentic.

Along with simplifying the title, LL has also simplified the album art. Of course, along with these changes comes a new release date. Authentic is now dropping on May 7th (it was originally scheduled for February 12th.

According to a press release, LL Cool J has pushed up the release date for Authentic to April 30th instead of May 7th. We'll keep posted if any more changes occur.
