On Friday, Netflix debuted it's new show, "Luke Cage," which follows the adventures of the titular indestructible, hoodie-wearing Harlem bartender-cum-vanquisher of crime.

Around 2 PM EST on Saturday, Netflix servers went down, sparking outrage from viewers who had yet to complete the show's 13 episodes. "Luke Cage" showrunner  Cheo Coker wondered if the show's popularity was the cause of the outage.

It took two to three hours for Netflix technicians to repair the outage, then all was well in the world once more.
