Toronto singer/producer Nav has developed a SoundCloud following of over 150K and earned fans in Kylie Jenner and the OVO brass. It feels like it's only a matter of time before he properly blows up.
Last night at midnight, he released a new self-produced song called "Nothing On Me" to celebrate his birthday. It continues in the Toronto tradition of opaque, atmospheric synths pioneered by Drake and The Weeknd. Nav wasn't blessed with Whitney Houston pipes but his voice is clear and confident.
