We’re a huge fan of Nardwuar’s interviewing prowess, so this week has been pretty awesome. Lil Uzi Vert is the next subject of Nardwuar’s impressive research, and the duo does not disappoint. Every artist reacts differently to Nardwuar’s extremely personal and deep knowledge of their past, but Lil Uzi takes it very much in stride throughout the interview.
The two discuss Lil Uzi Vert’s inspirations via gifts, including his love of Marilyn Manson, GG Allin, the Ying Yang Twins and Mike Jones. DJ Drama and Don Cannon get in the mix for a minute, and Nardwuar is ready for them with some gifts as well.
