Mystikal has been ordered to go back to the pen because of a probation violation in February.

Rapper Mystikal has been ordered to return to prison for a three-month period, because of a probation violation.

The Advocate reports that state District Judge Tony Marabella ordered that Mystikal go back to prison for three months because he violated his five-year probation. He'll be returning on May 14th.

Mystikal was released from jail in 2010, serving a six-year sentence for sexual battery and extortion. The Judge made the decision to send Mystikal back because he was arrested in February for a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery abuse. However, he will receive a nine-day credit off his three-month stint, for the time he was detained after his arrest in February.
